*** Reservations will be cancelled without any refund for hosting unauthorized parties or events at our property and a $1000 USD fine will be charged *** 1. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside 2. All guests must clean up after themselves: * clean dishes/pots/pans, etc. * empty all garbage * empty the refrigerator on checkout * leave the bathrooms tidy * leave all dirty linens in the laundry room * put all garbage in the outside bin upon checkout **** Additional Cleaning fee of $150 will be requested if the house is left Excessively Dirty: i.e. extremely dirty after check-out beyond what a courteous guest would normally leave a home in, e.g. dirty pots/dishes, an excessive amount of trash, stained towels/linens/furniture/walls. 3. Clean all spills or stains immediately to prevent damage to furniture. Additional payment will be requested for damaged, broken or missing items. 4. Only guests confirmed at time of reservation are permitted to sleep over on premises. All overnight guests must be confirmed at the time of booking and the reservation must reflect the total number of guests who will be sleeping over in the home at any one time. *** Due to past experiences, there is now a $100 USD charge per person per night for anyone who was originally named as a visitor but ended up staying overnight. It is always better to list the overnight guests in advance because then the additional charge is only $30 USD per person per night *** 5. Please reduce noise by 10pm to avoid disturbing the neighbors. 6. Limit use of the washing machine to daytime only when solar power is available. Please consolidate laundry to reduce the number of loads. 7. Please help me to keep prices affordable by conserving energy as much as possible (e.g. Turning off AC units when not in the room). Payment will be requested for unreasonably excessive use of electricity above 15kWh daily. NOTE: Please note that motion activated security cameras are located on the exterior of the house, that actively records once motion is detected. Guests will be charged an additional fee of $200USD for accidentally leaving with the AC and/or TV remote or keys. Housekeeping is available during your stay at an additional cost and must be requested in advance. PLEASE remember this is a home not a hotel, please respect our home and the house rules. Nordia’s place felt right at home! I have stayed at another Airbnb in the same community, so I was delighted to find another home that I can book whenever I return to Jamaica. Nordia was very helpful throughout my stay and even sent housekeeping to refresh the towels upon request. I also appreciate the timely responses and efforts to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Great home in a quiet and beautiful community with a great host who is friendly and helpful. The house is a short drive to the town and also a lovely beach. Would definitely stay at Nordia's place again if I am in the Falmouth area. Thanks for hosting me.

From beginning to end - the communication, stay, environment was awesome! Nordia and Alisha were responsive and trust me I made several inquiries. I’m what most would describe as picky/overly anxious but at no time was the response tart and even when I reach out in the middle of the night - I was NOT ignored! We really enjoyed our stay at Nordia's home - clean, spacious, quality, beautifully decorated & furnished accomm with air con, super comfy king bed and shower, spacious kitchen and supa dupa washing machine. Great community vibe, friendly and welcoming security staff and neighbours. Falmouth market, supermarket, 876 beach, glistening waters and restaurants around 10 mins drive away.. A quiet 'home from home' with the reassurance of a speedy response to any queries. the huge 4k tv (90" curve) in the front room was a lovely bonus - supa sharp pictures, with access to Internet and streaming services..my fiance esp loved the sharp quality of pictures whilst watching the Olympics! we definitely recommend that you book! :)

The Nordia’s Oasis is just what I needed, the cozy feeling of home while in paradise! The moment you enter her home you’re greeted with beautiful decor and impeccable attention to detail. The space had everything you needed to feel right at home. The outdoor space is beautiful and spacious. As a homebody I thoroughly enjoyed the idea of lounging by the pool everyday without leaving the comfort of this beautiful gated community. There’s also an area where we chilled and watch tv while enjoying a few drinks. Next time I’ll try to get into the gym that was also at the clubhouse. The gate/security staff were efficient and friendly. Had no issues this time. Overall, this was one of my favourite stays within this area and I can’t wait to come back.

This places is beautiful, clean, cozy, and toddler proof/friendly. When my flight was canceled due to hurricane Beryl, Nordia extended our stay in a timely manner. My family and I felt right at home and safe during the severe weather. The home is well equipped with lots of appliances and kitchen essentials ideally for people who loves to cook. There are board games for entertainment purpose. The beds are soft and comfortable. The host, Nordia, responded to any inqueries almost immediately. She was polite and very accommodating, more so, during Beryl. Important to mention, Oasis was relatively hurricane-ready. When the power went out, the house had a few accessible supplies, such as: buckets to collect water, gas stove, & flameless candles. One small suggestion, which was beyond host control and unforseen, to have plan B in motion for when power goes out. As in our case, door code deactivated, even a new code did not work until power was restored. Overall, amazing place. Thumbs up

Nordia's place was as described. It was very clean, comfortable, secure and relaxing. Security arrangement at the gate was also good. Self check-in process was as described. The community is very quiet and peaceful which made it easy for relaxing. I would recommend Nordia's place and would not hesitate to return.
