We had a great month and loved our stay here.
It’s an ideal location being easily walkable in 10/15 mins to the New Duff and Fish Fry and 30/40 minutes into downtown. Taxis were plentiful and reasonable and standard prices which was helpful.
Apartment was a pleasure to walk into - very clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished just as the pictures, with thoughtful welcome items waiting us such as water and toiletries. Hosts ensured we had a great stay and provided a helpful folder of information.
The villa community is very well kept, with a lovely pool area and felt quiet and secure. Would very happily return.
It was a perfect base from which to explore the island by car. Check out Jaws Beach, Fort Charlotte and sights around Downtown. Special mentions to Bruno’s, Acropolis Cafe, Oh Tequila, Bearded Clam and Travellers by the Sea for their hospitality and great food/drinks.
This is a real gem of a find. 5 stars all the way.

Great location, the apartment is beautiful and very convenient. It’s close to everything you need so it’s like the perfect place to stay when you in Nassau. I will definitely be back and this is my now favorite place to stay.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Richmond Estate The Crest Villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautiful, clean, and so well maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home.
What we loved most was how perfectly the space fit our family. There was more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable, relax, and enjoy time together without ever feeling crowded. The layout was ideal for both family time and quiet moments.
Our host was incredibly accommodating and attentive to our needs. Any questions or requests we had were handled quickly and with such kindness. It really made a difference knowing we were taken care of throughout our stay.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Richmond Estate The Crest Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway!

I stayed at Nordias for a month and had a wonderful time in the Bahamas. The apartment was perfect and even better in real life, I'd happily stay here again. The complex was nice and modern with friendly neighbours and Nordia and her team were super responsive when we needed a hand with things.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. All the house rules were clearly explained, which made everything easy and accessible throughout my stay. The host ensured that the space was well organized and welcoming, and I truly enjoyed my time there. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay again.

This was my 2nd time around staying here and as always I felt right at home. It was private and peaceful. Extremely clean and super comfortable. I will definitely be back! What a lovely way to bring in my birthday (today Nov 30th😬) Thank you for having me again and I will be back!

Spent 13 days and I felt at home, will definitely be back. Simply exceptional. New and clean. An incredible location that exudes peace and quiet. If you are like me, and are lucky enough to have a clear sky, you can see the Milky Way and be woken up by a beautiful sunrise.🌅

The home was immaculate orderly , very comfortable!
What impressed me most was the cleanliness, location was great subdivision community safe and walkable.
