House Rules
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules in addition to the basic house rules:
***Maximum Occupancy:
4 guests maximum. Only confirmed guests at the time of reservation are permitted.
***Unauthorized Guests:
Additional $100 per person per night for visitors staying overnight (beyond 12 AM) without prior approval.
***Cleaning:
Please clean all spills immediately. Report any damages right away for timely replacement.
***Excessive Cleaning Fee:
$150 fee if the property is left excessively dirty (dirty dishes, trash, stained linens, etc.).
***Damage or Missing Items:
Charges apply for any damaged, broken, or missing items discovered after check-out (see House Manual for specifics).
***Dishwasher:
Close the dishwasher door gently. $350 charge for damage to the door switch.
***Remote Controls:
$200 charge for the AC or TV remote if accidentally taken.
***Housekeeping:
Available at an additional cost, must be requested in advance.
***Security Cameras:
Motion-activated cameras on the exterior of the house record when motion is detected.

I don’t have one thing to complain about.Nordia was a wonderful host ,she went above and beyond of what is required to make my stay even more memorable.The apartment was spotless and clean.I just want to say thank you again.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The space was warm, stylish, and beautifully furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The bathroom was spotless and modern, which made the stay feel extra comfortable. Everything felt inviting and well put together, and the overall atmosphere was so cozy. I would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

This is now my 4th time staying with Nordia and once again everything was excellent. She is very responsive and i never have any issues with her as a host. My first preference when going to Nassay is to stay here. Perfect as usual!
