House rules
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules in addition to the basic house rules:
***Maximum Occupancy:
4 guests maximum. Only confirmed guests at the time of reservation are permitted.
***Unauthorized Guests:
Additional $100 per person per night for visitors staying overnight (beyond 12 AM) without prior approval.
***Cleaning:
Please clean all spills immediately. Report any damages right away for timely replacement.
***Excessive Cleaning Fee:
$150 fee if the property is left excessively dirty (dirty dishes, trash, stained linens, etc.).
***Damage or Missing Items:
Charges apply for any damaged, broken, or missing items discovered after check-out (see House Manual for specifics).
***Dishwasher:
Close the dishwasher door gently. $350 charge for damage to the door switch.
***Remote Controls:
$200 charge for the AC or TV remote if accidentally taken.
***Housekeeping:
Available at an additional cost, must be requested in advance.
***Security Cameras:
Motion-activated cameras on the exterior of the house record when motion is detected.

This place was the perfect Airbnb. It was quiet and peaceful. I loved every minute of staying there and would stay there again if available duinrg my next trips to Nassau.

Our flight was fairly short so we arrived earlier than check in. She created a code for us for a certain time just in case. But since we arrived so early she generated a new one for us. She’s very responsive and kind. We had an issue with the Netflix and she quickly resolved it. There was a binder with a list of activities which was super helpful. Also was walkable to KFC & Burger King. As well as the fish fry. Overall it was an amazing experience. Definitely would book again when I come back!
